Location: Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom, for candidates already in London or within 1.5 hours; office attendance is required twice per month.

What you will do
- Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for pre-computed, batch, and real-time machine learning models.
- Develop and evolve MLOps solutions in AWS, supporting reliable deployment and reducing model time-to-market.
- Provide tools and infrastructure that enable data science and machine learning stakeholders to execute AI workflows.
- Monitor and support ML pipelines, including accuracy, drift, enhancements, SLAs, and processing volumes.
- Own software engineering activities from design and implementation through QA and maintenance.
- Define and document requirements with cross-functional stakeholders for high-quality ML and AI products.
Requirements
- 4+ years of MLOps experience building modern infrastructure across the machine learning model lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP and production Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and platforms, software engineering, and cross-functional delivery.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a diverse technology stack.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ownership, urgency, and experience acting as a lead engineer or subject-matter expert on multiple projects.
Nice to have
- Experience with Seldon, KServe, Ray Serve, Kubernetes, MLflow, SageMaker, Kubeflow, Anyscale, Valohai, Argo CD, Docker, Python, Java, Ray, Spark, Pandas, Argo Workflows, Postgres, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Knowledge of vector or graph databases.
- Experience optimizing models for high throughput, low latency, and cost efficiency.
- Experience with LLMOps and open-source models.
