Senior ML Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the platform, services, and tooling used to deploy, serve, and operate machine learning models in production.
• Deploy and operate machine learning workloads across the ML infrastructure.
• Automate model packaging, deployment, versioning, monitoring, and release processes.
• Improve the reliability and observability of the ML platform and model-serving services through logging, metrics, and alerting.
• Participate in on-call rotations, investigate production incidents, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and platform teams to deliver reliable production ML solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ML Engineering, MLOps, or similar roles.
• Strong Python skills and experience with a managed ML platform such as Amazon SageMaker or an equivalent service.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Git-based workflows.
• Experience developing or operating model-serving platforms, inference services, or backend APIs.
• Knowledge of feature stores, model registries, experiment tracking, ML metadata management, and real-time systems.
• Strong software engineering, data warehouse architecture, observability, scalability, reliability, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
