Quantitative Analytics & Model Development Analyst Senior - Data, Model & Analytics (AI)

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or Tysons Corner, Virginia, United States

Base salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Perform advanced quantitative analyses and run quantitative strategies to support business decision-making.
• Develop new model frameworks and refine, monitor, and review existing models.
• Assess model design, implementation, theoretical foundations, data quality, and data integrity.
• Analyze complex datasets and model risks using quantitative tools and techniques.
• Communicate with model owners and developers throughout model reviews.
• Prepare detailed validation and regulatory compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, quantitative modeling, and data analytics skills.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Knowledge of credit risk, operational risk, predictive analytics, financial analysis, and quantitative techniques.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.

• Experience with artificial intelligence and the ability to contribute to new AI initiatives.
