Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Oncology (Biotech/Medical Affairs): Engaging healthcare customers and communicating clinical, scientific, clinical value, outcomes, and economic data with an accent on oncology science, clinical research, and stakeholder education. Focus on developing scientific engagement plans, supporting sponsored and non-sponsored research, leading congress activities, and building long-term relationships while travelling across Mexico.
Location: Mexico City, Guadalajara or Monterrey, Mexico; availability to travel is required

is a biotechnology company developing and delivering medicines for serious illnesses across oncology, inflammation, general medicine, and rare disease.
What you will do
- Engage healthcare customers, payers, providers, advocacy groups, and access partners through scientific and clinical data exchange.
- Develop and implement scientific engagement and local opinion leader plans aligned with annual MSL objectives.
- Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in accordance with MSL compliance standards.
- Provide field insights to internal partners and collaborate on cross-functional MSL strategy projects.
- Support sponsored research, non-sponsored clinical research, investigator relationships, speaker training, and congress activities.
- Maintain clinical expertise, complete required training, mentor colleagues, and cultivate long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Master’s degree plus 3 years of MSL or Medical Affairs experience at a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company, or bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced English is mandatory and will be assessed throughout the interview process.
- Science-based expertise applicable to educating internal and external healthcare customers.
- Strong relationship-building, scientific communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Availability to travel is required.

- Experience coordinating and prioritizing work in adaptive, cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and business strategy.
- Experience with speaker training, clinical research, or mentoring.
