Associate AI Product Manager

What you will do

• Develop AI products and execute the AI product roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, decision-making, data quality and revenue through AI, automation and intelligent workflows.
• Define requirements, product specifications, success criteria and implementation plans, and manage use cases from proof of concept through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Build automations for business processes, reporting, data workflows, analysis and document generation using approved enterprise technologies.
• Develop AI-enabled Salesforce, CRM and relationship-intelligence capabilities, connecting internal data with external market, company, contact and transaction information.
• Create intelligence products, dashboards and executive briefings while supporting pilots, training, adoption tracking and responsible AI governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, data analytics, marketing, finance or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2–5 years of progressive experience in product management, CRM, business intelligence, analytics, workflow automation, business operations or a related discipline.
• Experience translating business requirements into AI product requirements, workflows, technical specifications or implementation plans.
• Hands-on exposure to generative AI, large language models, AI copilots, intelligent automation or related AI-enabled business solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, project-management and documentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain assumptions and limitations and handle confidential information.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, Python or comparable technologies.
• Exposure to CRM data, relationship intelligence, reporting or business development workflows.
