Master Data Architect (Databricks) (Data Architecture/AI): Leading the architecture and delivery of data products, pipelines, data lakes, and data meshes for a data modernization engagement with an accent on technical leadership, cloud data platforms, and business-aligned solution design. Focus on designing scalable data architectures, translating client requirements into practical solutions, and coordinating delivery across teams in Mexico, North America, Brazil, and Latin America.

What you will do
- Provide technical leadership for a multidisciplinary team building, enhancing, and maintaining data products.
- Define secure, performant architectures and translate business and technical requirements into practical solutions.
- Guide data products through the full lifecycle, from design and assessment to deployment and incremental value delivery.
- Align technical solutions with client stakeholders and collaborate with strategy, customer experience, product, and program management teams.
- Maintain a productive development environment and contribute to CI&T’s broader data practice.
- Coordinate delivery across teams in Mexico, North America, Brazil, and other Latin American countries.
Requirements
- Advanced or fluent English at C1 level or above.
- Advanced or fluent Spanish at C1 level or above.
- Solid experience in data architecture design and technical leadership.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying pipelines, data lakes, data meshes, and other data products.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar.
- Experience with data pipeline orchestration, workflow automation, and translating business problems into data solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with consultative data assessments and data modernization engagements.
- Knowledge of data governance principles, CI/CD, and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience with pre-sales, presenting data solutions to non-technical audiences, and building technical prototypes.
- Experience scaling data workloads and familiarity with AI engagements, agentic coding, or Google Cloud Platform.
