Focus on designing high-performance Android and iOS features, integrating APIs and offline synchronization, and leading CI/CD, security, and mobile delivery practices.

What you will do
- Define and own the architecture of scalable cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI.
- Develop complex and performance-critical mobile features with C#, .NET, XAML, and MVVM.
- Lead the migration of Xamarin.Forms applications to .NET MAUI and establish reusable modernization standards.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, secure local storage, and offline synchronization.
- Own mobile CI/CD, build automation, versioning, signing, and deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Mentor engineers, conduct architecture and code reviews, and collaborate with product, UX/UI, backend, QA, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on .NET MAUI experience or advanced Xamarin.Forms experience with proven migration expertise.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, XAML, MVVM, clean architecture, and modern mobile design patterns.
- Production experience delivering Android and iOS applications, including knowledge of mobile lifecycles, threading, and platform-specific behavior.
- Leadership, communication, mentoring, architecture, mobile DevOps, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
