Senior Flutter Engineer (Flutter)

Location: Billund Project House, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Design, architect, develop, and maintain scalable cross-platform mobile applications for hirify.global consumers.
• Lead decisions on application architecture, code structure, and mobile platform strategy.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, engineering, QA, Consumer Service, and product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Improve code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, release processes, application reliability, and performance.
• Modernize legacy applications while maintaining stability and compatibility.
• Mentor engineers on architectural patterns, scalable development practices, and modern cross-platform tools.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on production experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including architecture, object-oriented design, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable architecture for consumer-facing mobile applications.
• Significant software engineering experience, including substantial mobile or cross-platform application development.
• Experience working with legacy codebases and modernizing existing applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, QA, design, and product teams.
