HR Lead (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Barcelona studio, Spain; relocation is not available

hirify.global is a fast-growing mobile gaming company developing games through autonomous, creative, and collaborative teams.

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruitment across hirify.global studios, partnering with hiring managers from intake through offer.
• Build talent pipelines using market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and knowledge of the games and technology industries.
• Own ATS workflows, candidate experience, recruiting metrics, and recruitment process automation.
• Act as the main HR partner for the Barcelona studio, supporting managers and handling day-to-day people topics.
• Manage HR operations for the Spanish entity, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and employee records.
• Contribute to engagement, well-being, inclusion, local events, and AI-powered HR tools.

Requirements

• Solid full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in technology or gaming.
• Experience with HR topics beyond recruitment and the ability to work autonomously as the studio's sole HR representative.
• Familiarity with Spanish labour law and local HR practices.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Daily use of AI tools and curiosity about improving workflows and processes.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
