Consultant, Fund Administration, Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) (Fintech)

Salary: $74,200–$126,200 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and equity component.

What you will do

• Reconcile daily transactions and positions across equities, futures, fixed income, and OTC products.
• Analyze security and cash position differences and resolve reconciliation breaks.
• Coordinate with internal Shared Services Groups, clients, and primary administration teams on issues, inquiries, and SLA matters.
• Review reconciliations daily and execute operational controls.
• Support projects that improve efficiency, scalability, and the control environment.
• Collaborate with technology and geographically distributed teams to improve processes, provide training, and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• College or university degree and preferably 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight SLA schedules and work independently and collaboratively.
• Project management experience and functional or industry knowledge are preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
