Information Systems Security Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Bedford, Massachusetts, United States; onsite workplace

Salary: $109,735–$148,465 per year, depending on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

What you will do

• Advise government customers and program managers on information systems security, Risk Management Framework assessments, authorization, and security testing.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate security policies, guidelines, assessment plans, and authorization documentation for Collateral, SCI, and SAP environments.
• Conduct risk assessments, evaluate threats and vulnerabilities, and recommend safeguards and corrective measures.
• Oversee configuration management, security-relevant system changes, incident response procedures, recovery processes, and protection of hardware and media.
• Coordinate with authorizing officials, security personnel, PSOs, and external system stakeholders on authorization boundaries and interconnected systems.
• Deliver security training and perform ISSO duties when an ISSO is unavailable.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of related experience, including prior ISSO or ISSM experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or an associate degree plus two years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• IAT Level II or IAM Level II certification, such as Security+ CE or CCNA Security.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to submit to a CI polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Working knowledge of DoD, national, service, and agency security policies, manuals, and standards.

• SAP experience.
