What you will do

• Develop and refine product formulations for consumer and professional product portfolios.
• Create consumer- and customer-facing claims and demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges, perform measurements, and generate data supporting technical solutions.
• Maintain product specifications, formulation standards, technical documentation, SOPs, and test methods.
• Identify novel formulation approaches and technical solutions that may qualify for intellectual property protection.
• Lead product and consumer testing while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Insights, Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, Digital Data, and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in at least one of the following areas: aqueous oxidants, kinetics and equilibria; organic chemistry, aqueous surfactants, colloids and interfacial science; or water-soluble polymers for household product formulation.
• Experience evaluating, characterizing, and measuring technologies within the relevant area of expertise.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical-thinking skills and a confident, self-starting approach.
