VP, Nordics and Baltics (Music Distribution)

Music distribution company operating in over 50 markets, distributing and marketing music from independent artists and labels across digital and physical retailers.

What you will do

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Nordics and Baltics, building a pipeline of independent label and artist signings.
• Drive regional revenue growth by articulating and operationalising the company’s value proposition.
• Manage distributed music clients, including high-touch frontline and high-volume catalogue labels.
• Oversee regional offices, local compliance, operational efficiency, and support for local leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the regional team while aligning Nordic strategy with UK, European, and global stakeholders.
• Build relationships with retail and industry partners, drive adoption of company tools and services, and represent the business at events and conferences.

Requirements

• Senior management or business leadership experience with high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of the local music industry, digital landscape, music retail, analytics, and social media.
• Experience in a label or distribution company managing catalogues, frontline releases, and industry relationships.
• Excellent organisational, communication, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
• Passion for independent music and flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with international travel as required.
• Fluent English required.
