USPH Revenue Growth Management Support Specialist (Brand Protection)

Location: Hybrid role based in Guadalajara, Mexico

What you will do

• Review Minimum Advertised Price policy violation reports and send retailer notices using established processes and templates.
• Maintain daily status reports and validate MAP-related data for internal stakeholders and software providers.
• Manage the Brand Protection administrative inbox and conduct monthly retailer website audits.
• Support product test purchases, maintain lot code reports, onboard new retailers, and research unauthorized resellers.
• Complete administrative activities and improve the consistency, accuracy, and efficiency of team processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least one year of experience in administrative support, data entry, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy with recurring tasks.
• Fluency in English is required. Curiosity about artificial intelligence and willingness to learn new tools and technologies are also required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience with Minimum Advertised Price policy enforcement, Brand Protection, or e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work independently, solve typical problems, and suggest process improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
