What you will do

• Define and execute the global Casino product strategy across brands, markets, and partner growth plans.
• Own the Casino content portfolio, supplier integrations, and roadmap planning, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Lead Casino lobby management tools and personalization strategies using player data and segmentation.
• Drive product innovation and UX improvements with design and research teams.
• Deliver the roadmap with clear success metrics, ROI tracking, and performance optimization.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Casino product team.

Requirements

• Senior iGaming leadership experience with extensive Casino product strategy and delivery experience.
• Proven ability to drive growth, product excellence, and player engagement in competitive markets.
• Deep understanding of Casino content, game mechanics, product features, and supplier ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Effective stakeholder management across cross-functional and partner teams.
