Social Media Support Specialist (Crypto)

What you will do

• Monitor social channels and respond promptly to client inquiries across multiple platforms.
• Moderate social communities and enforce community guidelines.
• Proactively engage clients to grow hirify.global's voice and presence.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve processes.
• Stay current on crypto trends, products, and hirify.global's own suite.

Requirements

• Must be based in Malaysia
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or customer support.
• Deep knowledge of the APAC crypto scene and Chinese crypto culture.
• Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin (Simplified) required.
• Experience with tools like Sprinklr, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts between 4 am and 12 pm UTC, including weekends.
