Requirements:
- MUST have native-like English communication skills in speaking and written (C1+)
- Minimum 1+ years of professional development experience
- Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java or C#)
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile development
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Remote work readiness and reliability
- Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions

💰 Salary:
- USD 1,500 – 3,000/month, depending on experience and project placement with clients
