Digital Experimentation Analyst

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with in-office work Tuesday–Thursday and virtual work Monday and Friday

Salary: $50–$55 per hour

What you will do

• Manage and deliver the digital experimentation program.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve site conversion and revenue.
• Establish statistical best practices for experiment measurement and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into viable experiments and recommendations.
• Collaborate with vendors, analytics implementation teams, and developers to ensure accurate data collection and testing campaign setup.
• Build a scalable, repeatable test-and-learn culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or another modern programming language.
• Experience with digital experimentation, causal inference, and SQL.
• Experience with Adobe products or similar testing tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work the required hybrid schedule in Fort Worth, Texas.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, marketing technology tools, and Databricks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
