Quality Assurance Trainee Program (QA)

Location: Georgia; mandatory office attendance in Tbilisi and Batumi, with remote training available in other cities of Georgia

Andersen is an international IT outsourcing company delivering software projects for clients in banking, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, and telecommunications.

What you will do

• Complete a two-month online Quality Assurance course with practical and home assignments.
• Present a course project and receive a completion certificate.
• Participate in a five-month laboratory combining theoretical and practical preparation for commercial projects.
• Work in Scrum teams under the guidance of an experienced Tech Lead.
• Practice with key testing tools, development processes, internal projects, and training projects.
• Track weekly progress, receive feedback, and prepare to transition to a commercial project.

Requirements

• English at Intermediate level or higher is required for verbal communication and training.
• Basic knowledge of software testing.
• Readiness to complete the traineeship at Andersen.
• Full-time participation is required during the laboratory: five days per week, eight hours per day.
• Mandatory office attendance applies in Tbilisi and Batumi; remote participation is available in other cities of Georgia.
