New Product Implementation Engineering Intern (Electronics Manufacturing)

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: €1,250–€1,450 gross per month, depending on experience and competencies.

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of new product development projects in automotive manufacturing.
• Help design and implement efficient methods for introducing new products into manufacturing processes.
• Participate in product sample builds, including prototype component assembly and testing.
• Check production processes against quality standards and suggest improvements.
• Support supplier communication to improve manufacturing processes and reliability.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in electronics, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in manufacturing processes and new product implementation.
• Proficient written and verbal English.
• Self-motivated team player able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
