Presales Solutions Engineer (Security and Connectivity)

Location: Athens, Attiki, Greece. Hybrid work combining remote and office-based work, including the option to work from abroad.

What you’ll do

• Design and propose security and connectivity solutions, including Next Generation Firewall, SASE, SD-WAN, and SD-LAN.
• Visit customers, lead technical discussions, prepare solution designs, and present technical deployment plans.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors to deliver technical solutions on schedule.
• Participate in and take ownership of customer RFPs.
• Collaborate with partners, vendors, and internal technical teams while managing key accounts.
• Track emerging security and connectivity technologies and introduce relevant products and solutions internally.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business customer engineering, security, or connectivity presales.
• University degree in IT or telecommunications.
• More than one relevant vendor certification, with CCNP-level certification preferred for Cisco or Huawei, or certifications from Fortinet, VMware, Check Point, or HPE Aruba.
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English are required.
• Experience managing large-scale technology projects and understanding customer IT operating models.
• Ability to explain the technical and commercial benefits of proposed solutions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Additional relevant security or connectivity certifications.
