Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Fully remote in the United Kingdom; hybrid in Athens, Greece; or anywhere in Europe through an EoR. Relocation to Athens, Greece is supported with a 10% relocation bonus, a 50% income tax reduction, and temporary accommodation support.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver tailored product demos for prospects and existing enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on deal strategy and technical wins.
• Guide customers through value-led trials and evaluations of hirify.global offerings.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders and provide story-based technical consultations and deliverables.
• Conduct cybersecurity workshops and professional training sessions.
• Develop deep subject-matter expertise in hirify.global content, products, and services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar cybersecurity role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS models and cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to communicate and build rapport with both practitioners and executives.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with project tracking tools, ticketing systems, CRMs, Linux and Windows virtual machines, and cybersecurity tools.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Channel Partners in the EMEA region.
• Background in technical consulting, penetration testing, red teaming, DFIR, or security operations.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CJCA, CDSA, CPTS, CEH, OSCP, or CISSP.
• Prior experience using the hirify.global platform.
