Finance Operations Specialist (Construction)

Location: Paphos, Cyprus

hirify.global Group supports the financial operations of construction projects within an international professional team.

What you will do

• Collect, check, categorize, and process invoices from contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors.
• Upload invoices and supporting documents into the ERP system and allocate expenses to the correct projects, cost categories, and accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and organized documentation for invoices, contracts, and supporting materials.
• Track invoice and payment deadlines, follow up on missing information, and coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, Accounting, and other teams.
• Assist with invoice reconciliations, basic financial reports, and data preparation.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, administration, or a similar operational role.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and ability to manage a high volume of documents and ongoing deadlines.
• English at B2+ level is required.

Nice to have

• Russian or Greek language skills.
• Experience in construction or real estate.
