Senior Manager, Client Consulting - NGPO (Fintech)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead client relationships and business development initiatives across strategic accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop consulting proposals, and originate new engagements with Account Executives and Client Services teams.
• Lead project workstreams and manage end-to-end consulting delivery across Risk, Digital, Portfolio Optimization, and Merchant advisory practices.
• Structure client problems, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, and develop recommendations, business cases, and ROI assessments.
• Facilitate client workshops, present executive-ready recommendations, and support implementation planning and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional hirify.global teams to deliver solutions using value-added services across Marketing, Products, Risk, and Merchant Solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, payments, banking, fintech, analytics, strategy, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading project workstreams, managing multiple projects, and working with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, presentation, and business case development skills.
• Experience in business management, stakeholder management, and working effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Strong people management skills and leadership qualities.
• Availability to work from the Bangkok office at least 3 days per week.
