Go Back-End Developer (Fintech)

WW Labs is the engineering division of hirify.global, developing investment and banking products such as personal accounts, backend services, financial integrations, and KYC/AML processes.

What you will do

• Develop and evolve Go backend services, including microservices and BFFs for mobile and web clients.
• Design integrations with brokerage platforms, payment providers, market data providers, and custodial services.
• Build event-driven solutions using Kafka and ClickHouse.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical design documents, and code reviews.
• Improve service reliability and observability through metrics, logs, alerts, and incident post-mortems.
• Implement authentication, anti-fraud mechanisms, and financial data security controls aligned with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial Go development experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Go standard library, concurrency, goroutines, channels, context, gRPC, and REST.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database, including transactions and data consistency.
• Experience with Kafka or a similar message broker and understanding of distributed systems principles such as idempotency, retries, and failure handling.
• Developer-level experience with Docker and Kubernetes, plus testing and code review practices.
• Working proficiency in English and Russian is required.

Nice to have

• Fintech experience in brokerage, payments, banking, or KYC/AML.
• Experience with ClickHouse and financial API integrations.
• Familiarity with AWS, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
• Experience with observability systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, or VictoriaLogs.
