ESG Data Analyst (VIE)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; onsite position starting in December 2026

What you will do

• Support the supplier engagement plan linked to hirify.global's Science Based Targets initiative target.
• Track supplier emissions disclosures and target-setting progress, and maintain the supplier data tracker.
• Embed ESG criteria into supplier onboarding and evaluation with Procurement and category managers.
• Contribute to CSRD reporting, including coordination with external auditors.
• Collect and calculate carbon footprint data and support EU Taxonomy eligibility and alignment assessments.
• Collect ESG data across business units, maintain reporting templates and methodology documentation, and identify new data needs.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, sustainability, supply chain, procurement, environmental science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with greenhouse gas accounting, CSRD, or EU Taxonomy reporting.
• Working knowledge of Excel and experience handling large, multi-source datasets.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Analytical rigour, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work across teams and with external counterparties.

Nice to have

• Experience in sustainable procurement or ESG.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar data tools.
• Additional European languages.
