Senior SAP MM Consultant

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia. The role involves up to 40–50% travel during 6–12-month rollout assignments and prioritizes in-person collaboration.

Salary: €3,000–€4,500 gross per month, with the possibility of a higher salary depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Deploy a global SAP template to regional manufacturing locations and lead Fit-to-Template activities.
• Analyze local business requirements, guide users toward the global template, and address justified local needs.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, validation, migration, and preparation of master and transactional data.
• Execute functional testing and support key users during SIT and UAT defect resolution.
• Coordinate solutions across SAP streams, interfaces, rollout teams, key users, core experts, and offshore resources.
• Support cutover, go-live, migration validation, issue resolution, and Hypercare activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth SAP Materials Management expertise, including procurement, inventory management, pricing, account determination, workflows, organization structures, and master data.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management or Stock Room Management, including inbound, outbound, internal processes, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong knowledge of IDocs for orders, ASNs, receipts, and dispatches.
• At least 2 full-lifecycle SAP end-to-end implementations and 2 SAP S/4HANA rollouts, including Fit-to-Template or Explore phases.
• Experience with standard SAP data migration tools for controlling master data and transactional objects.
• Strong communication, assertiveness, and willingness to travel at least 50% during rollout periods.
