Senior C++ / Rust Developer (High-Load Systems)

What you will do

• Develop and evolve high-load, distributed MetaTrader 5 platform components.
• Build high-performance server components, services, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Integrate the platform with exchange and banking systems.
• Develop distributed broker integrations and large-scale data-processing systems.
• Maintain existing C++ components and create new production systems in Rust.
• Make technical and architectural decisions across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience in C++ development and practical Rust experience or deep knowledge of the Rust ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems, algorithms, data structures, memory models, and thread synchronization.
• Experience with multithreaded, concurrent, network, and asynchronous I/O programming.
• Experience debugging, profiling, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing performance.
• Understanding of lock-free approaches and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Ability to structure work independently, make technical decisions, and collaborate with other departments.

Nice to have

• Experience with network protocols, asynchronous programming, and profiling tools.
• Knowledge of TCP, asynchronous sockets, SIMD, OpenCL, OpenBLAS, Kafka, ClickHouse, or machine learning systems.
