What you will do

• Develop and execute paid and organic influencer marketing strategies across LATAM.
• Coordinate creator campaigns across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Colombia.
• Manage influencer and sample budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Analyze views, awareness, engagement, and conversion, providing actionable performance insights.
• Select and manage agencies, vendors, and key influencers.
• Adapt global strategies to regional markets and contribute to annual digital marketing planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing.
• Experience with budget management and campaign performance analysis.
• Analytical, proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
