What you will do

• Own the dressing, production pipeline, and delivery of action-packed race tracks.
• Coordinate with the Lead Environment Artist and team leads on art objectives.
• Coach and mentor a prop artist while contributing directly to high-quality artwork.
• Help define the visual style and communicate art principles across the team.
• Define art pipelines and best practices against industry benchmarks.
• Explore new techniques and technologies to improve production results.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience owning environment dressing on a game team producing a AA or AAA product.
• Expert knowledge of Unity and multiple shipped games using the engine.
• Strong understanding of 2D and 3D art packages, including Maya or 3ds Max, Substance, Photoshop, and ZBrush.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating broad artistic ability and traditional drawing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time-management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant degree in fine art, computer animation, digital media design, or a related field is preferred.
