What you will do

• Convert manual processes to fully or partially automated AI-driven workflows.
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive manual work for operations teams.
• Develop predictive models for answering questions and cost forecasting based on historical data.
• Build chatbot-style task automation using LLMs and AI agents.
• Collaborate closely with product, backend, and data teams to ensure measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Data Science, AI, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith), prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Proven ability to design, train, and deploy ML models in production environments.
• Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, for AI model deployment.
• English level: Intermediate+ or higher

Nice to have

• Programming experience in Java.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Python application architecture for production, microservices, and frameworks like FastAPI.
• Skills in infrastructure as code, especially in Azure environment using BICEP.
• Experience with automated production-grade deployments of AI/LLM models.
