What you will do

• Act as the primary support contact for suppliers resolving day-to-day issues.
• Train and educate suppliers on the use of hirify.global tools.
• Collaborate across the global team and build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that improve efficiency and the supplier experience.
• Test innovative ideas through pilot programs, identify patterns, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, corporate retail, management consulting, technology, sales, support, or account management is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project and relationship management.
• Innovative problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and solution implementation.
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
