Senior Analyst - Regulatory Exam Management (Cybersecurity Risk)

Location: Buffalo, New York, United States of America; four days onsite at Seneca One Buffalo and one day working from home per week

Salary: $85,800–$143,000 annual USD

What you will do

• Develop and implement technology and cybersecurity risk management processes, reporting, documentation, and mitigation plans.
• Lead compliance activities and maintain alignment with regulatory standards, internal controls, and the company’s risk appetite.
• Prepare materials for regulatory engagements, coordinate responses, and support examination management, including first-day letters and follow-up requests.
• Partner with Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk, Internal Audit, Finance, Credit, and business teams to address risks and regulatory requirements.
• Review regulatory presentations, talking points, correspondence, and submissions for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Recommend improvements to risk management strategies and technology and cybersecurity risk training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant work experience, or a combined minimum of seven years of higher education and/or work experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least two years of relevant experience in risk, audit, technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of technology and/or cybersecurity risk principles.
• Ability to organize initiatives, manage competing priorities, and work independently with limited direction.
• Strong critical-thinking, written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Buffalo four days per week.
