Associate Solution Architect

What you will do

• Lead solution architecture during enterprise Master Data Management implementation projects using the STEP platform.
• Align technical solutions with business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate design workshops, create technical specifications, and validate solution quality and standards.
• Collaborate with system integrators and internal sales, delivery, and partner support teams.
• Provide architectural estimates, technical feasibility guidance, and planning input.
• Lead internal and external development teams in implementing solutions that meet functional and performance requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise software implementation.
• Advanced development experience with Java/J2EE and related frameworks.
• Understanding of MDM, PIM, e-commerce, or ERP solutions and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working consultatively with C-level and enterprise stakeholders.
• Fluent Spanish and English are required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams in customer-facing environments.
