Salary: Up to $140,000 annually, with guaranteed hours and bonus opportunities.

What you will do
- Distribute work among technicians and manage daily workloads, schedules, and service-area workflow.
- Support technicians with vehicle diagnosis and repairs, including resolving misdiagnoses and complex customer concerns.
- Train and mentor technicians, monitor internal training progress, and coach staff toward certifications and career goals.
- Monitor shop efficiency through technician-hour reports, ticket audits, equipment management, and supply control.
- Promote safety, cleanliness, organization, quality standards, and compliance with shop protocols.
- Conduct performance touchpoints, support team-building, and collaborate with the service department on complaint resolution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
- Excellent automotive diagnostic skills and the ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle makes and models.
- ASE A1-A8 certifications required; Master L1 preferred.
- Ability to flag 30+ hours per week depending on shop needs and meet or exceed hourly goals.
- Strong communication, professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to long-term career development.
- Ability to lift or move over 50 pounds occasionally, work in confined spaces and around lifted vehicles, stand or walk for most of the workday, drive manual-transmission vehicles, and use computers and hand tools efficiently.
