Junior Traditional Media Manager

What you will do

• Manage out-of-home media buys, including placement coordination, vendor communication, and creative trafficking.
• Assist with TV and radio post log reconciliation, flagging discrepancies and following up with vendors.
• Track creative assets and ensure the correct versions reach vendors on schedule.
• Support campaign reporting, pacing updates, and performance tracking.
• Maintain records of buys, placements, invoices, and makegoods across active campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal account strategists and improve workflows within the traditional media function.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in traditional media buying, planning, or coordination; agency experience is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with out-of-home, TV, and radio advertising channels.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written communication, and proactive follow-up skills.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal oversight after tasks are assigned.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Sheets and Docs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with media buying platforms, traffic management tools, post log analysis, or broadcast reconciliation.
• Experience coordinating creative asset delivery and specification compliance.
• Legal industry or professional services experience.
• Experience with Asana, Monday, or Notion.
