Travel Sprinter (Phlebotomy)

Location: Nashville, Chattanooga, Clarksville, Johnson City, and Knoxville, Tennessee; frequent travel across assigned markets with approximately 75% travel and extended periods away from home.

What you will do

• Travel to patients’ homes throughout assigned markets.
• Perform blood draws, vital measurements, height and weight assessments, urine collection, Annual Wellness Visit support, and other preventative and diagnostic services.
• Provide comfortable, welcoming, and professional patient experiences in varied home environments.
• Document visits using Sprinter technology, electronic health records, telehealth platforms, and other digital tools.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for laboratory drop-off or shipment.
• Navigate unfamiliar neighborhoods, manage schedules and supplies, and travel independently between appointments.

Requirements

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging blood draws.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, LPN, or LVN; in-home experience is preferred.
• Current BLS certification, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with the ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% of the year and remain away from home for extended periods.
• Ability to meet applicable state-specific certification or licensing requirements, use Apple iPhones and iPads, and lift or carry medical supplies up to 25 lbs.
