Cyber Security Operations Analyst (Gaming)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; hybrid work with required in-office time

What you will do

• Monitor alerts, logs, and platform health across endpoint, network, and backup systems.
• Investigate, triage, escalate, and document security incidents and operational issues.
• Support WAN-connected gaming operations through issue isolation and technical response.
• Define and support the cybersecurity vision and roadmap for the Technology Services Network Support environment.
• Evaluate cybersecurity vendors and solutions, with a focus on CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, and Rubrik platforms.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and reporting automation while maintaining runbooks, incident records, and audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on cybersecurity, security operations, or related technical experience.
• Production experience with CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Rubrik, or comparable platforms.
• Knowledge of security monitoring, endpoint protection, firewall administration, and backup and recovery operations.
• Experience in a true 24/7 operational environment, with strong troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work hybrid in Las Vegas with required in-office time and acquire and maintain required gaming licenses.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, hospitality, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with SIEM, centralized logging, vulnerability management, or enterprise security teams.
• Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.
• CompTIA Security+, CEH, GSEC, CISSP, Palo Alto, or CrowdStrike certification.
