Product Management & Marketing Intern (Summer 2027 Intern)

What you will do

• Support product managers and marketing leaders on growth initiatives for the HyClone cell culture media and process liquids and buffers portfolio.
• Improve customer experience across ecommerce and digital platforms through content optimization and customer journey enhancements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Create customer-facing marketing content, product literature, sales enablement materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze website, customer, and business performance data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Apply AI-enabled marketing and business tools and collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, R&D, and Customer Service.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Economics, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable solving problems independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital marketing, ecommerce, content creation, or social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity or marketing tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business analytics platforms.
• Student organization, leadership, internship, or team project experience.
• Interest in biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, or technology-driven industries.
