Compressor Maintenance Lead

What you will do

• Lead the compressor maintenance team and provide technical direction to field technicians and regional companies.
• Supervise multi-stage compressor overhauls and lead hands-on maintenance for high-pressure systems.
• Review maintenance logs to ensure repairs meet hirify.global and manufacturer requirements.
• Lead field testing and performance analysis for new compressor technologies.
• Prepare process and instrumentation diagrams and support regulatory compliance and best operating practices.
• Coordinate specialized tooling, spare parts, inventory, and field-service logistics.

Requirements

• At least three years of hands-on experience maintaining and operating high-pressure compressors.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management software, including SAP or Intelex.
• Experience with specialized vibration-analysis diagnostic software.
• Hands-on CAD and general computer experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• An associate degree in a mechanical field is preferred.
