Studio Sample Coordinator

Location: Beverly Hills, California, United States. Onsite work in a fast-paced studio and warehouse environment; early morning shifts may be required.

What you will do

• Process incoming product samples and enter accurate information at each workflow stage.
• Track sample status in real time and maintain organized storage using established filing systems.
• Coordinate with styling and studio teams to prepare samples for photo shoots.
• Perform quality checks on sample details, labels, groupings, and assignments.
• Resolve missing scans, incorrect assignments, and unaccounted samples.
• Process samples after shoots through rescanning, verification, and reintegration for future production needs.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with inventory or tracking systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to stand, walk, and handle physical samples frequently.
