Accounts Receivable Specialist (Automotive Retail)

Location: Corporate offices at 14349 N Kelley Ave, Edmond, Oklahoma, USA; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What you will do

• Post daily cash receipts, credit card payments, and electronic funds transfers to the general ledger.
• Review retail vehicle deals and process manufacturer incentives, contracts, and funding paperwork.
• Reconcile accounts receivable schedules, identify discrepancies, and resolve billing issues.
• Support monthly closing procedures, financial reporting, and digital document scanning and filing.
• Communicate professionally with customers, lending institutions, and internal department managers about outstanding balances.

Requirements

• Experience with accounts receivable or accounts payable in automotive retail is preferred.
• Experience with CDK and ADP is preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
