Creative Producer (Data Centers)

Location: DFW01_02, Dallas–Fort Worth, United States; onsite production at active campuses and construction sites

What you will do

• Produce creative projects end to end, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, casting, crewing, production, post-production, and delivery.
• Plan and execute photography and video shoots at operating campuses and construction sites, coordinating safety, access, escorts, and site requirements.
• Translate briefs from Brand Strategy, Communications, Sales, People & Culture, and Community Engagement into production plans and creative direction.
• Source and manage production companies, creative partners, and freelancers, including scopes, bids, contracts, and quality reviews.
• Maintain brand consistency, digital asset management, rights and release tracking, production calendars, intake workflows, and stakeholder status reporting.
• Manage budgets, secure approvals and legal reviews, and improve production playbooks, templates, and vendor resources.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of creative production experience in-house, at an agency, or at a production company.
• Portfolio demonstrating produced video, photography, and design work across multiple channels.
• Experience producing on industrial, construction, or restricted-access sites, including safety and permitting coordination.
• Strong knowledge of production and post-production workflows and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience managing production budgets, external vendors, schedules, and digital asset management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in film, design, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
