Cloud Presales Solution Architect (Cloud)

Location: Remote US; fully remote

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and design technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct live demonstrations of products and platforms, explaining capabilities and value to prospective customers.
• Develop and present technical proposals, solution architectures, and statements of work.
• Create accurate customer quotes aligned with solution scope and pricing guidelines.
• Act as a technical advisor during the sales cycle, answering questions and addressing objections.
• Support the transition from pre-sales to customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience implementing cloud computing solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
• Previous experience in solution architecture or pre-sales engineering.
• Strong technical background in cloud, networking, or enterprise IT platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

• Experience with quote creation and customer onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cloud service offerings.
