Product Manager (EdTech)

What you will do

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog in line with business objectives.
• Research customer needs through feedback, data, market research, interviews, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Engineering and Design across discovery, planning, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Define and monitor product metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and guide decisions.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales on launches, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or a related product-focused role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and business teams.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with product management and project tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, e-commerce, or other digital products.
• Experience serving both individual customers and businesses.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles, product analytics, experimentation, customer interviews, or usability testing.
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
