Punch/Laser Machine Operator (Amada)

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and monitor Amada turret punch and laser production equipment.
• Inspect products during production and adjust machines or tooling as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and operational checks, including lubrication, tool upkeep, fluid replacement, pressure checks, and safety inspections.
• Operate material-handling equipment and support efficient production workflow.
• Report equipment, material, and production concerns to the Group Lead or Supervisor.
• Share knowledge, assist with training, and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Requirements

• Mechanical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
