Assurance Associate - Fall 2027 (Accounting)

Location: Omaha, United States; travel to assigned client locations is required, with up to 25% travel.

Salary: $59,840–$71,400 per year.

What you will do

• Understand clients’ businesses, industries, accounting systems, control systems, and financial reporting topics.
• Learn and apply the hirify.global audit approach and audit tools.
• Assess risks and evaluate clients’ internal control structures.
• Perform substantive tests and tests of internal controls to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues.
• Draft financial statements using prescribed formats.

Requirements

• Earn a B.A. or B.S. degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university by the start of employment.
• Major in accounting.
• Travel to assigned client locations and access to reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Entry-level candidates must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
