Hospital Pharmaceutical Marketing Specialist

What you will do

• Develop commercial plans covering segmentation, targeting, product positioning, and tactical initiatives.
• Lead country-level pre-launch and launch execution for new products, including forecasts, change controls, marketing materials, and sales training.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, price analysis, and reviews of sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan congresses, educational programs, hands-on labs, and scientific events for healthcare professionals.
• Develop and approve promotional materials, coordinate agencies, and support sales activities, campaigns, events, equipment, and samples.
• Track marketing budgets, promotional inventory, grants, operational processes, HCP benchmarks, and quarterly commercial dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of marketing experience within hospital pharmaceutical products.
• Experience with product management, new product launches, congresses, and educational events.
• Experience planning and executing business segmentation, targeting, and tactical plans.
• Ability to work onsite in Santiago, Chile.
