IT Cloud Operations Engineering Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Maintain, configure, provision, and scale high-availability cloud servers and systems.
• Deploy scheduled and emergency patches and upgrades while minimizing service disruption.
• Monitor infrastructure, data flows, and operational health using observability and predictive analytics tools.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, respond to outages, and implement corrective actions based on root-cause analysis.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and maintain dashboards, reports, procedures, inventories, and governance controls.
• Monitor cloud costs and identify optimization opportunities through AI-driven analytics and FinOps practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3–5 years of IT or cloud operations experience.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, server and infrastructure management, IP networking, network security, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Experience supporting Linux and Windows applications and working with IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS environments, preferably Google Cloud or AWS.
• Experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or similar scripting and automation tools.
• Experience with database administration, query analysis, and performance tuning across MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or BigQuery.
• Experience with CI, log analysis, GitHub or GitLab, AIOps, AI/ML platforms, generative AI tools, and AI-driven security or cost optimization.
