Location: Berlin or the surrounding area, Germany. Hybrid role with regular on-site visits and occasional regional travel.

What you will do
- Own daily operations across a multi-site portfolio in Berlin and the surrounding region.
- Coordinate local teams, service providers, property managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs, cost ratios, P&L metrics, and quality standards to improve profitability.
- Support pre-opening and go-live phases, operational readiness, and property handovers.
- Manage cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and other supplier relationships.
- Resolve operational issues pragmatically and improve processes, scalability, and guest experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in operations, multi-site management, or hospitality.
- Strong process orientation and a data-driven approach using KPIs and SOPs.
- Professional communication and negotiation skills with landlords, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Based in Berlin or the surrounding area, with flexibility for occasional regional travel.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Very good German and English communication skills.
